Social Media + E-Commerce Intern
Monaco Market is New Mexico's largest exotic snack destination - from viral mango ice cream to Dubai chocolates, we're bringing international flavor to a small city in a big way. With 10k followers and growing, we're on a mission to hit 50k by 2026 and we're building the team that'll take us there.
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused intern to help lead the charge in digital storytelling, content creation, and e-commerce management.
Responsibilities- Assist in crafting and executing our Instagram & Tik Tok growth strategy
- Design branded content using Canva (Reels covers, product posts, stories, etc.)
- Upload new products to our e-commerce site, maintaining visuals and product accuracy
- Collaborate on weekly content calendars and influencer campaigns
- Track basic engagement, reach, and growth metrics and propose optimizations
- Research Tik Tok trends and audio, and propose snack-related viral concepts
- Support community management (responding to DMs, comments, story polls, etc.)
- Brainstorm campaign ideas for our partnerships with NM United, BMW, Jackson Wink MMA, and more
- Paid internship (pay structure in progress for UNM students)
