Laguna Development Corporation is seeking a Database Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative direct marketing strategies that drive revenue, increase player engagement, and maximize profitability across our gaming properties. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, experience with database querying and reporting tools, and a passion for uncovering trends that drive business decisions. A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience are required, while casino marketing, SQL, data analytics, and player tracking system experience are highly preferred.
