Mid-Level Giving Officer– Corporate Relations with a specialized focus on cultivating, stewarding, and growing mid-level and individual giving through workplace campaigns. This position works alongside the other Corporate Relations Officers to strengthen workplace campaign results, deepen donor engagement, and help ensure that individual donors connected to corporate campaignsremainengaged with UWNCNM’s mission beyond the annual campaign cycle.

This position is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of mid-level and individual donors connected to workplace campaigns, developing donor engagement and stewardship strategies, supporting campaign fundraising efforts, andidentifyingopportunities for donor retention, renewal, and upgrades. The role partners closely with Corporate Relations Officers and the broader Investor Relations team on workplace campaign strategy, donor follow-up, pledge analysis, reporting, recognition, stewardship, and portfolio management.

The Mid-Level Giving Officer– Corporate Relations also supports individual giving initiatives that strengthen workplace campaign participation, donor retention, and long-term donor growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage an assigned portfolio of mid-level and individual donors connected to workplace campaigns by:

• Cultivating relationships with mid-level donors contributing between $500 and $2,500 annually to directly support the work of UWNCNM.
• Developing individualized engagement and stewardship strategies focused on donor retention, renewal, and upgrades.
• Conducting stewardship meetings, donor visits, calls, and personalized follow-up communications.
• Building relationships with individual donors within workplace campaigns, so donor engagement continues beyond the campaign cycle.
• Increasing donor retention andidentifyingopportunities to grow donor giving.
• Identifying leadership giving prospects and other upgrade opportunities.
• Referringmajorgifts, planned giving, and other donor opportunities to the appropriate Investor Relations staff.
• MaintainingaccurateandtimelyCRM documentation of donor interactions, interests, giving history, follow-up activity, and next steps.
