• 12-hour shifts with in-house overnight call

Your Daily Rhythm:

You’ll be a vital part of a high-performing, collaborative NICU team. Your responsibilities include:

• Serving as primary at deliveries, with neonatologist support for complex cases
• Performing procedures such as circumcisions and PICC line placements—training and support provided
• Participating in ground transports (no flight transports required)
• Coverage model:
• Day Shift: 2–3 physicians + 2 NNPs
• Night Shift: 1 physician + 1 NNP
• New graduates will start on day shifts to build confidence before transitioning to nights

Minimum qualifications:

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master’s degree
