ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Opportunity: RN - OR

• Work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM
• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process including assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient needs
• Ensure safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care of patients
• Coordinate patient care through collaboration with patients/families and healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or standard protocols
• Assume responsibility for clinical supervision of LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel
• Required to float between departments and local locations within 20 miles
• Must have minimum two years current experience in large OR
• Must be able to scrub
• Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment
• Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required
• BLS required through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross
• PALS and ACLS preferred
• Epic experience preferred but not required (training provided on-site)
• Ortho, EENT, and/or vascular experience a plus
