Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Albuquerque, NM and surrounding areas.

Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Active RN license (New graduates welcome, training provided)
• Experience providing care in a client home setting
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression with patients and families

Registered and Licensed Nurses are responsible for:

• Focusing on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes as directed by the physician and care team
• Conducting ongoing patient care and assessments
• Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Coordinating care with interdisciplinary team members
• Educating family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
• Implementing preventative initiatives to maintain quality of care
