Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care

Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care, Albuquerque, New Mexico, start 06/10/2026 for 12 weeks, weekly pay $748-$797, guaranteed 36 hours, shift 3x12-hour days, travel temporary assignment in LTC Nursing Home setting.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document administration and care activities.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs, fluid intake/output, and ongoing health status; report changes to the supervising RN.
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and fall prevention; promote safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and uphold infection control and safety standards.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a long-term care environment and fulfill a 3x12-hour shift schedule.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work within an EMR system.
