Omni Sleep Sleep Health seeks an experienced full-time Advanced Practitioner Sleep Specialist (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) to provide direct patient care, focusing on sleep disorders diagnosis and treatment. Our advanced practitioners are responsible for their own patient panel, from new visits to established care, supported by an experienced and responsive management team and medical director.
Experience in clinical sleep medicine is preferred but that shouldn't be viewed as an obstacle to employment. Our board certified sleep specialist Medical Director and our other sleep specialist clinicians can provide on the job training.

Our experienced team manages the full spectrum of sleep disorders for both adult and pediatric patients, including sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, limb movement disorder, and parasomnias.

Role DescriptionResponsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing patients with sleep disorders, reviewing sleep study results with patients, developing personalized treatment plans, prescribing and managing therapies such as CPAP, Inspire and Remedé devices, medications, and monitoring patient progress. The Advanced Practitioner Sleep Specialist will collaborate with the care team, maintain documentation for compliance and quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patients and improve the quality of their sleep and health.
- This job is 8:30am-5pm, with last appointment at 3:30 to 4pm, and time to document.
- +/- 20 patients / day.

Required:
- Certification as CNP / PA-C Provider.
- Current Medicare and Medicaid enrollment.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record Software and computerized support systems (computer skills, Excel, Word, Internet research, Email software, etc.).
- Proven skills as a health care provider.
- Demonstrated ability to work both cooperatively and independently in patient care.
- Ability to work with patients of different ages (pediatric through geriatric).
- Excellent personal and interactive skills.
- Positive recommendations from recent supervisors.
Preferred:
- At least 2 years experience post degree NP/PA in direct patient care.
- Spanish speaking is preferred.
- Strong preference given to candidates with experience in sleep medicine.
- Pulmonary, ENT, and Neurology experience are relevant, but family practitioners are also a good fit.
