Position: Full Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse - Up to $125K/yr + $10K SignOn Bonus!

Full‑time OR Circulator Registered Nurse in Grants, NM, responsible for managing patient care during surgery, ensuring safety, and supporting the surgical team in a sterile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with surgical team members to deliver patient‑centered care

Prepare the operating room with instruments, supplies, and equipment

Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures

Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques throughout the operation

Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records

Educate patients and families about surgical procedures and postoperative care

Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control policies

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or Compact State License
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
1+ year of recent OR circulator experience required

Preferred

Skills:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification preferred

You hold an active RN license in New Mexico. You have at least one year OR circulator experience. You can prepare sterile ORs and monitor patients.
