We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Belen, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care during night shifts and support the medical team in delivering excellent clinical services.

• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
• Assist patients with daily activities and personal care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with RNs and healthcare staff for patient care plans
• Respond to patient needs promptly during night shifts
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment

• Active LPN License (New Mexico or Compact State)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work night shifts and handle emergency situations
• BLS Certification preferred
