Full‑time BE/BC Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the Position- Flexible, shift‑based schedule: typically three 12‑hour shifts.
- Strong support staff and onsite lab, X‑ray, and POC testing.
- Facility hours: M‑F 8 a‑8 p; S‑S 9 a‑4 p.
- 10 % shift differential for any shifts worked beyond 36 scheduled hours.
- High‑growth service area.
- Minimum 1 year experience in urgent, emergent, or primary care.
- Base salary plus wRVU.
- $10,000 commencement bonus.
- $10,000 quality incentive.
- CEU allowance.
