Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 15-week travel assignment in a rehabilitation/clinical care setting in Albuquerque, NM. This position involves providing high-quality patient care during night shifts and supporting patient recovery and wellness in a structured healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per care plans
- Monitor and document patient status and report changes
- Assist with patient comfort and rehabilitation support
- Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Active New Mexico LPN license
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends (Sun, Mon, Sat)
