Klarus Home Health is seeking a skilled and motivated RN Clinical Manager for our Albuquerque, NM growing home health office, who brings strong home health, OASIS expertise, and leadership experience. • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for home health nursing teams
• Ensure OASIS accuracy, timeliness, and Medicare compliance
• Coach and develop clinicians to improve documentation, quality, and outcomes
• Lead case conferences and care coordination efforts
• Monitor and drive performance metrics, quality scores, and regulatory readiness
• Collaborate with branch leadership to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations

• Active RN license (New Mexico or compact)
• Home health experience (required)
• Strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation and regulations
• Leadership experience (Clinical Manager, Supervisor, Lead RN, or similar)
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and compliance standards
• A passion for mentorship, accountability, and quality improvement

• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Proven success improving STAR ratings or quality measures
• Background managing high-volume home health caseloads or teams
