Job SummaryAlbuquerque Hts HC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 15-week contract assignment. The CNA will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support to residents.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Document patient care activities according to facility policies.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Active CNA Certification
- Current CPR/BLS Certification preferred
- Covid Card
- Updated Resume
