Job Description New Mexico or compact LPN License BLS 2 years experience

Client Details Setting LTC City Albuquerque State NM Unit Details Procedures Monitoring Patient Health:
Regularly checking and recording vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) and observing patients for changes in physical or mental condition. Basic Patient Care:
Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Medication Administration:
Administering medications (oral, topical, intramuscular, and sometimes IV, depending on state regulations and training) and monitoring for effects or adverse reactions. Wound Care:
Performing wound care, including cleaning, dressing changes, and applying topical medications, following established care plans. Clinical Procedures:
Performing technical skills such as inserting urinary catheters, collecting samples for lab tests (blood, urine, sputum), performing nasal/tracheal suctioning, and removing sutures or staples.

Unit Description this facility the nurse would be 1 to 30 residents and we do not have any med techs right now to help out with meds so the nurse would have to do the meds on the hall also there is training that needs to be completed before hitting the floor if you have any questions feel free to reach out
