We have immediate openings at a leading healthcare facility in New Mexico for dedicated LPN/LVN professionals to provide compassionate nursing care in a rehab or long-term care setting. This position is perfect for those looking to work within their community, offering consistent hours and the chance to support patients during critical moments.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care under the oversight of physicians, administering medications, and documenting patient responses to treatments. You will conduct assessments, monitor medical statuses, and ensure all duties are performed in accordance with facility policies. Flexibility is valued, and you may also assist with administrative tasks or rotate into triage responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:- 1-2 years of recent nursing experience
- Active state license as an LPN or LVN
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to observe, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
- Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Shifts available from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, providing overnight coverage to meet facility needs.
