As healthcare continues shifting toward outpatient and ambulatory settings, the Clinical Practice Specialist (CPS) has become one of the most influential roles in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care. Nurses with outpatient clinic experience are uniquely positioned to excel in this role, bringing a blend of clinical expertise, operational awareness, and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications- Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) + three to five years experience or Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) + two years experience in an Ambulatory Care setting required.
- BLS required at time of hire
