Join DCI today to build relationships and gain fulfillment serving individuals in our comfortable clinical setting with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio than other providers. The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for duties related to admission of all end stage renal disease (ESRD) patients, permanent and transient, for the clinics assigned.
Schedule:
Full-time, five 8-hour shifts starting at 8am Compensation:
Pay ranges from $16-$21 per hour, depending on experience Benefits:

Adheres to facility specific processes and protocols, as outlined by the Area Operations Director, Nurse Manager, attending physician, and/or medical director, who determines required components. Other duties may be assigned. Communicates with Nurse Manager and/or designee on a weekly basis regarding shift availability. Maintain an electronic tracking system for optimal efficiency and organization. Provides referring facilities to include hospitals, other outpatient dialysis clinics, and/or outpatient nephrology clinics, with list of required documents on the same day of request for placement.
Gather all initial financial supporting documentation, information, and coordinating with referring physician or his/her designee and referred clinic, in order to support the patient during the admissions process. Receives, secures and documents all secured e-faxes, and update designated clinic with pending documentation, to include any pending required admission documents. Requests for insurance verifications to representative within your local or corporate business office.
Collaborate with entire team:
Administrator, Nurse Managers, Social Workers, Dietitians, and Clinic Staff. Responsible for entering patient information into Demographics application within the Darwin Portal, once the patient has been accepted. Qualifications Successful Candidates Bring:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
