Our Client is a multispecialty outpatient surgical center located in Albuquerque, NM.

This state‑of‑the‑art, multispecialty facility performs procedures in: ENT, General Surgery, Dental and Oral Surgery, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Urology. There are 8 ORs and 1 Treatment Room.

The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.

This role offers the opportunity to lead day‑to‑day operations of an ambulatory surgery center while working closely with physicians, staff, and governing boards. You’ll play a key role in supporting clinical quality, operational efficiency, and a positive experience for patients and employees. Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

• The daily operation of the facility.
• Serving, along with any committee appointed for the purpose, as a liaison between the Governing Board, the Medical Staff, and all departments of the facility.
• Reporting the pertinent activities concerning the facility to the Governing Board at regular intervals.
• Appointing a person responsible for the facility in the absence of the Administrator.
• Planning for the services provided by the facility and the operation of the facility.
