Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

Location:

Albuquerque, NM | Surrounding Areas

• RN: $51,000 – $60,000
• LPN: $31,000 – $40,000

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting as an RN or LPN
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

• Required:
• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in New Mexico
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills
• Preferred:
• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high‑acuity skills (tracheostomy, ventilator, G‑tube)
