PMHNP - APC Psychiatry-Esketamine PRN

Performs clinical services within the Behavioral Health Program as directed, specifically supporting esketamine treatment delivery under physician oversight and in accordance with approved protocols.

• Maintains active or associate membership on PHS Medical Staff in good standing and abides by all relevant obligations within the PHS Medical Staff Organization.
• Performs professional clinical duties as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner supporting esketamine treatment in accordance with established protocols and REMS requirements.
• Works in close collaboration with the supervising psychiatrist, who retains responsibility as physician of record.
• Performs patient assessment, monitoring, post‑treatment observation, and documentation.
• Escalates all clinical concerns and deviations to supervising MD.
• Collaborates with nursing and ancillary staff and participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Ensures compliance with all safety, monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Performs additional duties as directed.

• Master's Degree.
• NM Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) – PMHNP.
• Active NM licensure.
• Esketamine training required.
