• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the direction of a registered nurse and nurse supervisor.
• Monitor and document resident status, vital signs, and changes in condition; report significant findings promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote safety, dignity, and comfort.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely charting, incident reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Active LPN license in New Mexico in good standing.
• Availability to start August 1, 2026 for a 13‑week travel assignment.
• Ability to work 3x12‑hour day shifts (07:00–19:30).
• Experience or comfort working in a long‑term care or skilled nursing environment is preferred.
• Willingness to complete standard pre‑employment checks and onboarding requirements.
