Lovelace Medical Group is seeking a self‑motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Lovelace family in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico.

• Join a bariatrics team of 2 physicians and 3+ support team members
• Daily Patient Average: 16
• Tricore Lab on‑site
• Mon‑Fri, 8‑5
• EMR:
  Epic (Ambience AI tool)

Provide comprehensive medical weight management, conduct pre and post‑operative bariatric surgical follow‑up, and assist in the operating room. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
• Current licensure in the state of New Mexico
• Must be able to obtain a DEA registration and New Mexico board of pharmacy prescriptive authority by the time of employment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills required
• Experience in medical weight management strongly preferred
