• Assigning nursing staff and technicians using independent judgment
• Supervising patient care and staff performance, including training and discipline
• Maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment aligned with hospital standards
• Acting as liaison among physicians, staff, patients, and families
• Implementing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Assisting with tests, procedures, and emergency responses
• Administering medications and ensuring accurate medical records
• Participating in orientation, education, and safety initiatives

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related nursing experience
• Current RN license and CPR certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and patient safety skills
• Ability to delegate, supervise, and promote teamwork
