Minimum experience:
2 years (1+ year for first-time travelers) Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Key clinical competencies:
Ventilator management, high-flow nasal cannula, BiPAP/CPAP Arterial line and central line care Vasoactive/cardiac drip titration and dysrhythmia management Blood product administration Care of ventilated and post-neurosurgery/neuro ICU patients Chest tube assistance, procedural sedation monitoring Management of acute/chronic renal failure and multi-system organ dysfunction
