Requirements
- License:
Pending NM/Compact license accepted (must be obtained prior to start)
- Experience:
1+ years ICU experience
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for critically ill adult patients in an intensive care setting.
- Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, including multisystem organ dysfunction.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies, including vasoactive and cardiac drips, and sedation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct routine assessments, interpret data, and adjust care as needed.
- Ensure compliance with protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 24 hours (modules completed onsite during orientation) - Local hires are not accepted; previous staff must wait one year before returning as a traveler.
