Summary

At PRESNow, our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) play a vital role in delivering exceptional care when patients need it most. Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced urgent care and emergency services environment.
  • Support providers and registered nurses with patient assessments, treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice and document care accurately in the electronic health record.
  • Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care to promote health and healing.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create a seamless, patient-centered experience.
  • Help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients, families, and team members.
  • Champion quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintain current licensure, certifications, and professional competencies while pursuing ongoing learning and development.
  • Represent PRESNow's commitment to excellence through professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate connected care.
