Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care Job

Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care setting, Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a travel - temporary assignment starting 08/13/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $658 to $707 per week. Guaranteed hours are 36 per week. Shift is 06:00–18:30 (12-hour daytime shifts). The assignment occurs in a long-term care/nursing home environment.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to the plan of care
• Monitor residents, record vitals, and report changes to the supervising RN
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care
• Document care activities accurately in patient records and charting
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality of care
• Maintain infection control practices and safety procedures consistent with policy

• Active LPN license valid for practice in the assignment location ( NM or eligible)
• Ability to work in a long‑term care setting and participate in a travel assignment
• Competence with 12‑hour shift schedules and multiple patient responsibilities
• Basic computer and electronic charting proficiency
• Willingness to meet assignment requirements and pass standard onboarding steps
