Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will support clinical staff and ensure residents receive attentive, quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to facility protocols.
• Follow infection control procedures, including proper use of PPE and sanitation practices.
• Support the care team with repositioning and mobility assistance.
• Comply with all facility policies, including bringing proper identification and wearing a photo badge at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification and active state registration.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF environment preferred.
• Must have completed COVID-19 vaccine or have approved religious/medical exemption.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance required.
