ICU Registered Nurse Travel Assignment

$2350.08/week

Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for night shifts in a travel assignment. The role involves providing critical care in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for location flexibility and professional growth.

• Deliver quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, including vital signs and clinical assessments.
• Float to related units such as MS, Stepdown, PCU, ER, and CVICU, ensuring competency in each.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control standards, and compliance requirements.

• Active RN license or pending NM/Compact license, must be obtained prior to start.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work night shifts, 4x12 hours per week.
• Demonstrate flexibility to float within scope and handle multiple patient assignments with capped ratios of 1:2.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
