CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Opportunity

Assist patients in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities by providing direct nursing care under supervision, ensuring comfort and safety.

• Administer basic patient care activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report patient status, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Assist nurses with clinical tasks and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Follow infection control protocols and facility policies.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.

• Valid CNA certification or license.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and compassionately.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
