CNA – LTC​/SNF

CNA in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility

Provide essential patient care services as a CNA within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, ensuring comfort and safety for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Collect vital signs and monitor patients’ health status.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and facility policies at all times.
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CNA in the state.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and bedside manner.
• Ability to lift, reposition, and assist residents with mobility.
• Comply with facility policies regarding COVID-19 vaccination or exemptions.
• Valid government-issued  registry and compliance purposes.
