LVN ​/ LPN – LTC​/SNF

Long-Term Care Nurse

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. This role involves working closely with residents and the healthcare team to ensure their needs are met with professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to residents according to established protocols.
• Monitor residents' health status and document changes or concerns.
• Follow facility policies to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
• Complete required training prior to starting clinical duties.
• Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state.
• Proven experience working in a LTC or SNF environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and reposition residents safely.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training prior to shift.
• Reliable with excellent communication skills.
