LVN ​/ LPN – LTC​/SNF

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) / licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a 15-week contract at a long-term care/senior nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to residents according to physician orders.
• Document patient care and maintain detailed health records.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident safety.
• Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in LTC/SNF or similar settings.
• Ability to wear a photo  and comply with facility entry protocols.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption.
• Strong communication and compassionate care skills.
