Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate and efficient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to resident well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Administer direct patient care according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and their families on care procedures and health management.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of nursing interventions.
Qualifications:
- Hold a current and valid LVN/LPN license.
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF or similar settings.
- Complete a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge on site.
- Be vaccinated against COVID-19 or qualify for an exemption with proper documentation.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
