CNA – LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Opportunity

Provide essential patient care support in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being through dedicated caregiving.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status regularly.
• Follow care plans and communicate updates to healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Demonstrate excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Comply with state or federal identification requirements and badge policies.
• Have completed or possess documentation for COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemptions.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
