CNA – LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Assist patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting by providing direct care services under the supervision of nursing staff. Ensure comfort, safety, and well-being of residents while adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Document care provided accurately in patient records.
• Comply with infection control, safety protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold current CNA certification/license.
• Demonstrate knowledge of patient care techniques and safety standards.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess the ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely.
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF settings is preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain necessary immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccination.
