CNA – LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Provide compassionate patient care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Support residents' daily needs and assist with routine clinical tasks under nursing supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Support therapeutic and rehabilitative activities as directed.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have completed COVID-19 vaccination or possess a valid exemption.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed instructions.
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF preferred.
