CNA – LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Assist nursing staff in providing basic patient care within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Ensure the well-being, safety, and comfort of residents through attentive and compassionate support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.
• Monitor and record vital signs and observe resident conditions.
• Assist with mobility and transfer of residents to promote safety and independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following facility protocols.
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident status to nursing staff.
• Comply with all safety, confidentiality, and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification or license required.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring residents.
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and adhere to scheduled shifts.
• Complete required health screenings and vaccines, including COVID-19 immunization, or provide exemptions as applicable.
