Addus Homecare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Albuquerque, NM team. This full-time role features a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, with visits and care coordination across the patient’s home setting.
You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Qualified candidates will have an active NM RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home health experience is preferred.
