Ardent Health Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Day shift PRN Surgery (OR) First Assistant RN to join our perioperative team. The RNFA role supports the surgeon with exposure, hemostasis and intraoperative tasks under supervision, in a modern operating room.
Requirements include an Associate's degree or nursing diploma with RNFA certification through AORN, NM RN license, BLS within 14 days of hire, and 3 years RN plus 2 years RNFA experience. Scrub nurse training is a plus.
