2 years required; will review 1.5 years;
Level II trauma experience required;
Level I trauma experience preferred

Strongly preferred; client may consider travelers with 2+ years Level I trauma experience
EMR:
Cerner experience preferred
- Critical Care
Skills:
Ventilator care, vasopressors, arterial/central line care, IV medication administration, blood product management, dysrhythmia recognition, procedural sedation, phlebotomy, starting/maintaining IVs
Provide nursing care in high-acuity situations, including trauma and resuscitation. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately. Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.

Must work 2 of 3 holiday bundles; max 7 days preferred for RTO; no RTO during the first 7 days or last day of contract. Compliance timeline:
Begin compliance within 1–2 weeks of signing; drug screen within 30 days of start.
