Registered Nurse – ICU

$2350.08/week –

Job Summary:

A skilled ICU Registered Nurse is needed to provide specialized critical care to ICU patients during night shifts. The role involves floating to various units within the hospital to support patient needs and ensure quality care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Float to various units such as MS, Stepdown, PCU, ER, and CVICU as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid NM or Compact Registered Nurse license, pending license accepted prior to start.
• Minimum of 1.5 years ICU experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work night shift (4×12 hours) with weekend availability.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge of ICU procedures.
• Successfully complete background checks and adherence to travel compliance standards.
• Prior experience with float assignments and unit flexibility preferred.
