Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Assist nursing staff by providing direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being through attentive and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer basic patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and behavior changes accurately.
• Assist with mobility and transfer of patients using proper techniques.
• Follow infection control procedures, including PPE use and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to meet individual patient needs and care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification/license in the state.
• Proven experience working in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to facility policies and safety protocols.
• Must be able to pass background checks and comply with vaccination requirements.
