Registered Nurse – LTC​/SNF

$1315.80/week –

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Deliver direct patient care, monitor health status, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately in compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid state RN license required.
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-centered environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to the facility location.
• Complete mandatory health and safety training, including COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
