CNA – LTC​/SNF

$581.40/week –

Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care and support within long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and maintain proper documentation of care provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Follow infection control protocols, including proper use of PPE and hand hygiene.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Possess a valid state or federal-issued  work on-site.
• Demonstrate understanding of patient care procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work Thu, Fri, Sat shifts consistently.
• Successfully complete COVID-19 vaccination or provide valid exemption documentation.
