Key responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Rehabilitation include:

• Provide patient care and support under the supervision of registered nursing staff
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Assist with daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care

Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Rehabilitation include:

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of New Mexico
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred
• Current CPR certification
