Travel Registered Nurse (RN) CVICU

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience required; CVICU experience preferred
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Trauma Level II experience required
- Core clinical skills: post-op cardiac surgery care, ventilator management, vasoactive/vasopressor titration, CRRT/CVVHD management, ECMO management, mechanical circulatory support (IABP, Impella), invasive monitoring, and chest tube management
- Familiarity with equipment such as Impella, ECMO, CRRT, Phillips monitors, ZOLL, and ultrasound is beneficial
- Pending licenses accepted at submission

Schedule:

- 12-hour shifts
- Day/night rotation

Assignment Details:
- Contract length: minimum 10 weeks
- Guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours/week (clinician choice)

Compliance / Notes:
- Holiday requirement: must work 2 out of 3 holiday bundles (Thanksgiving & day after, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day)
- Orientation: 72 hours
- Documentation timelines: begin compliance within 1–2 weeks of signing; drug screen within 30 days of start; required docs typically due ~10 days prior to start
- RTO requests greater than 7 days require approval; no RTO during the first 7 days or on the last day of the contract
