Monitor and assess patients in the cardiothoracic ICU. Provide post-operative care for cardiac surgery patients. Administer and titrate vasoactive medications as ordered. Manage ventilator settings and monitor respiratory status. Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions.

Must work 2 out of 3 holiday bundles (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's). Orientation: 72 hours Break rules: 6-month break required after 1 year or 4 consecutive assignments; former staff need 12-month separation for return.
