Cath Lab – Registered Nurse
Shift: Days; typical schedule of 4 x 10-hour shifts; call required—8–12 days/month; must be able to take STEMI and vascular calls; every 4th weekend.
Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience; must have prior Cath Lab hands-on experience; ability to take call for STEMI/vascular; required certifications: BLS, ACLS (pending OK), RCIS listed; experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, procedural sedation, and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias.
Conduct diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations; monitor and administer procedural sedation; interpret and manage dysrhythmias and cardioversion; perform pulmonary artery line/Swan-Ganz monitoring; scrub and circulate during procedures.
Pending NM/compact license accepted but must be obtained prior to start; onsite compliance modules completed during orientation; pre-approved time off: two days (per contract).
